refactor(tinymce): 移除冗余的TinyMCE静态资源文件
清理不再使用的TinyMCE插件、皮肤和语言文件，包括：
1. 删除多个插件的index.js入口文件
2. 移除shadowdom相关的CSS/JS皮肤文件
3. 清理content皮肤的多余CSS/JS文件
4. 删除中文帮助导航文档
5. 移除多个插件的plugin.js实现文件
这些文件在项目中已不再使用，清理以减少代码体积和维护成本。
